- મેડીકલ ઓફીસર: MBBS તથા ગુજરાત મેડીકલ કાઉન્સીલનું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન
- સ્ટાફ નર્સ: બી.એસ.સી.(નર્સીંગ) અથવા ડીપ્લોમાં ઈન જનરલ નર્સીંગ બેઝ પે ૧૩૦૦૦/– પ્રતિ એન્ડ મીડવાઈફરી ઈન્ડીયન નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સેલીગ ધ્વારા માન્ય સંસ્થામાંથી કરેલ હોવું જોઈએ ગુજરાત નર્સીંગ કાઉન્સેલનું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન હોવું જોઈએ તેમજ ઉમેદવાર બેઝીક કોમ્પ્યુટર કોર્સનું સર્ટીફીકેટ ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ. વય મર્યાદા ૪૫ વર્ષ.
- એમ.પી.એચ.ડબલ્યુ. (મેલ): ધોરણ-૧૨ પાસ +એમ.પી.એચ.ડબલ્યુ. ૧ વર્ષ અથવા સેનેટરી ઈન્સપેકટર કોર્સ સરકાર માન્ય
સંસ્થામાંથી કરેલ હોવો જાઈએ બેઝીક કોમ્પ્યુટર કોર્સનું સર્ટીફીકેટ ધરાવતા હોવા જોઈએ. વય મર્યાદા ૪૫ વર્ષ.
